Dosis y Modo de Empleo:
Para casos de nerviosismo o inquietud: Tomar de 1 a 2 tabletas como máximo 3 veces al día.
Para ayudar a conciliar el sueño: Tomar de 2 a 3 tabletas una hora antes de acostarse.
